Description and identification

Herbaceous annual water plant. Height 2 m. Flowering June-July.

Distribution in Bulgaria

In the next phytogeographic regions: The Danubian Plain, North-Eastern Bulgaria, The Predbalkan, Stara Planina (east), Thracian Plane, The Rhodopes (east) and The Black Sea coast. Up to 500 m above see level.

General distribution

Native in Europe, Asia and Africa.
