Not protected species in Bulgaria.
Verbascum roripifolium is a biennial herbaceous plant, completely covered with glandular hairs. The flowers are arranged singly. The bracts are entire. The anthers of the stamens are unequal, on two of them they are oblong, running down the stamen filaments, on the others they are kidney-shaped, attached to the filaments in the middle. The basal leaves are pinnately dissected, their petiole is glabrous1.
