Description and identification

Herbaceous annual plant to 5-30 cm tall. Flowering April-June (Delipavlov et al., 2003).

Distribution in Bulgaria

The species is distributed in the next floristic regions: Stara Planina (Eastern), Sredna gora (Eastern), The Pirin (Southern), The Struma Valley, The Rhodopes (Eastern and Middle), Thracian Plane and The Tundzha Hilly Plane. Between 100 and 800 m a.s.l. [Assyov B. & A. Petrova (ed.), 2012].
