Herbaceous perennial plant. Height 20 - 60 cm. Flowering July - August (Delipavlov et. al, 2003).

Distribution in Bulgaria

In the next floristic regions: North-Eastern Bulgaria (?), The Predbalkan, Sredna gora, Stara Planina, Znepole Region, West Frontier Mountains, Sofia Region, Vitosha Region, The Rila, The Strandzha and The Rhodopes (Assyov, B., A. Petrova, D. Dimitrov & R. Vassilev. 2012. Conspectus of the vascular flora of Bulgaria. Sofia, Bulgarian biodiversity foundation).
