Herbaceous perennial plant. Height up to 60 cm. Flowering April-July.

Distribution in Bulgaria

In the next floristic regions: The Predbalkan, Stara Planina, Sofia Region, Znepole Region, Vitosha Region, West Frontier Mountains, The Struma Valley, The Belasitsa, The Slavianka, The Pirin, The Rila, Sredna gora, The Rhodopes and Thracian Plane; 300 - 2500 m altitude [Delipavlov et al., 2003].
