Herbaceous perennial plant. Stem is 10-30 cm high. Flowering May-June [Delipavlov et al., 2003].

Distribution in Bulgaria

In the next floristic regions: The Black Sea coast, North-Eastern Bulgaria, Stara Planina (east), Znepole Region, The Struma Valley (south), Sredna gora, The Pirin (north), The Rhodopes (west), Thracian Plane, The Tundzha Hilly Plane, The Strandzha [Delipavlov et al., 2003].
