Description and identification

Perennial dwarf shrub–small shrub. Stems up to 50 cm high. Leaves are obovate–elliptic, with entire margins. Flowering June-August^[1].

Distribution in Bulgaria

In the mountains of Rila, Pirin, Western and Central Stara Planina, Vitosha, Osogovska, Western Sredna Gora (peak Bogdan), Western and Middle Rhodopes; from 1700 to 2500 meters above sea level^[2].
