Herbaceous perennial plant. High 20 to 40 cm. Flower heads to 3 cm across. Flowering May - September^[1].

Distribution in Bulgaria

In the Vitosha, Rila and Western Stara Planina mountains; between 2000 and 2900 meters above sea level^[2].
