Perennial herbaceous plant. Flowering June - September. Height 0,6 - 1,2 m [Delipavlov et al., 2003].

Distribution in Bulgaria

Stara Planina, Sredna gora (west), Znepole Region, West Frontier Mountains, Vitosha Region, The Black Sea coast, The Rila, The Pirin, The Belasitsa, The Slavianka, The Struma Valley, The Mesta Valley, The Rhodopes, Thracian Plane, and The Tundzha Hilly Plane [Delipavlov et al., 2003].

General distribution

Balkan endemic - Bulgaria, Albenia, Greece, Serbia and North Macedonia.
