Description and identification

Dianthus deltoides is a perennial herbaceous plant, 15—40 cm high. Basal leaves and leaves of sterile rosettes obtuse. Flowering June-September¹.

Distribution in Bulgaria

In the floristic regions: Western Stara Planina, Rila, Western and Middle Rhodopes and Western Border Mountains, up to 2000 m altitude².

General distribution

Europe, Siberia, introduced to North America³.
