PROTECTED species in Bulgaria. Endangered¹.

Description and identification

Perennial herb. Stems 10-30 cm. Stem leaves without auricles. Flowers relatively large, with 8−10 mm long pale pink to almost white petals. Flowering June-July².

Distribution in Bulgaria

Mountains Slavyanka and Pirin; from (1100) 1300 to about 2000 m altitude³.

General distribution

Southern Europe, Mediterranean⁴.
