Description and identification

Herbaceous perennial plant. Stems are 5-15 cm long. Flower heads 2.5-4 cm across, alone on the stem. Flowering June - September^[1].

Distribution in Bulgaria

In the next mountains: Stara Planina, Vitosha, Slavianka, Rila, Pirin, Rhodopes (western), Osogovo; between 1800 and 2800 m altitude^[2].

General distribution

The Balkans and The Carpathians^[3].
