Description and identification

Dorycnium graecum is a perennial herbaceous plant or semi-shrub.

Stems 20-90 cm high.

The leaflets are up to 15 mm wide.

Flowering May-September¹.

Habitat

Forests and shrubs in the plains and foothills².

Dstribution in Bulgaria

Black Sea coast (south of the Kamchia River), Eastern Balkan Mountains, Tundzha hilly plain (Sakar), Strandzha; from sea level to 500 m above sea level³.
