Aconitum variegatum is a perennial herbaceous plant. Stem erect, 100-150 cm high. Flowering June-September^[1].

Distribution in Bulgaria

Predbalkan, Stara Planina, Vitosha region (Vitosha), Pirin, Rila, Sredna Gora, Western Rhodopes - from 1200 to 2350 m above sea level.^[2].
