Description and identification

Herbaceous perennial plant. Flower head globose, up to 3 cm wide. Corolla white, pale yellow to pale pink, 10-12 mm long. Flowering June-September^[1].

Habitat

Grassy places in high mountain belt^[2].

Distribution in Bulgaria

In the mountains of Rila, Pirin, Central and Western Stara Planina, Vitosha and Slavyanka, between 1500 and 2700 meters above sea level^[3].
