Herbaceous perennial plant. Stems are up to 15-20 cm high. Flowering June-August [Delipavlov, 2003].

Distribution in Bulgaria

In the next floristic region: Vitosha, The Slavianka, The Pirin, The Rila, The Rhodopes, The Belasitsa and The Tundzha Hilly Plane. Between 800 and 2000 m a. s. l [Delipavlov, 2003].

General distribution

Balkan endemic.
