Description and identification

Campanula rapunculoides is a perennial herb. Stems 30-100 cm high. The flowers standing to one side of the inflorescence. Flowering May-August¹.

Habitat

Meadows and thickets, in mixed deciduous and coniferous forests, on grassy and stony mostly silicate terrains, less often on rocky places, on shallow usually poorly developed soils, limited in the plains, more often in the foothills and mountains².

Across the country; from 200 to 1900 m m altitude³.
