NOT protected species in Bulgaria.

Description and identification

Annual or biennial herbaceous plant.

Corolla equal to or shorter than the calyx.

Sepals shorter than 1.6 mm.

Stems not longer than 30 cm (often much shorter), prostrate or inclined, mostly with leaves clustered at the base of the stem in a leaf rosette¹.

Habitat

Wet rocky places in the alpine belt².

Distribution in Bulgaria

In the Pirin Mountains at an altitude of 2200 meters above sea level³.
