Herbaceous annual plant. Height 20 - 60 cm. Flowering July - September.

Distribution in Bulgaria

The Danubian plane, The Predbalkan (West and East), The Black Sea coast, Znepole Region, The Struma Valley, The Mesta Valley, The Rhodopes (Central and East), Thracian Plane and The Tundzha Hilly Plane; between 0 and 1000 m altitude (Delipavlov et. al, 2003).

Mediterranean countries.
