Perennial herbaceous plant. Stem 20-60 cm high. Flowering July-September^[1].

In the meadows in the alpine zone^[2].

Central and Western Stara Planina, Vitosha, Rila, Western Rhodopes and Belasitsa; from 1600 to 2400 meters altitude^[3].
